PJ Boo Party!

Today was Reese's Halloween Party at Mother's Day Out. They were supposed to wear pj's. Reese picked these out herself and she was in LOVE with them! She looked so comfy it made me want to wear my pj's all day too:)

She was obviously in a very silly mood hence the creative poses!

They did a little trick or treating around the offices in the church and then had a pizza party for lunch! Yummo

I am so thrilled with how well Reese is doing at MDO. She loves it and has really come along way. Not too many months ago I couldn't get our of her sight without her screaming and now she can't wait to get into her class. She never even looks back to say Bye Mom!:(

How cute is this?!?!

My sweet blogger friend sent this for Reesey P's birthday next week.

I just love this little shirt and I could probably make it except I can't embroider:(

What a great gift idea! If you wanna get one check it outhere.

Thanks Sarah!

Weekend Wrap Up!

It seems like the closer Reese gets to two years old the busier we get! Sheesh! This weekend we stayed close to home and were pretty lazy on Friday night. On Saturday we had family pictures as well as Reese's two year old pics made in the park which was a beating! I'm hoping and praying for some good pics..only time will tell! Anyhow on Saturday night we went out to eat with friends and then they came over again on Sunday to watch the Cowboys game!
I borrowed this super cute cake pan from my sweet friend Erin to make a GIANT cupcake cake for Reese's birthday. I thought we better practice so we made one on Sunday...

The "cupcake" cake was a huge hit with the girls!

Reese is in LOVE with her older Friend Blake! She can't get enough of her! They make me happy just watching them play!

We had some football food...

and some cake...

then it was time to for Blakey to get ready to go to a Halloween Birthday Party. She went as a Geisha girl and of course little Miss Reese had to "help" her get ready!

This picture cracks me up...

Oh yeah way to go Cowboys! Stay tuned for pics from our trip to the Big Orange Pumpkin Farm and Reese's Halloween Costume Class at Mygym!
Happy Fall Y'all!

OU/Texas 2009

Bob and I went with some friends to the OU/Texas game this year. We were certainly not thrilled that we lost but we were thrilled to have a super fun kid free weekend. If you don't know the history behind this game you can go
here or to see what we did last year you can go here. It's kinda of a big deal:))!!

We got an up close look at the ESPN game day guys...

The fair, corney dogs, my sooners..it was a great day!

Reese on the other hand could not have cared less that we were even gone. She was in heaven having Nanny and Poppy all to herself all weekend.

My mom made us these cute stuffed pumpkins.

Reese absolutely adores my dad. He is her FAVORITE! I'm pretty sure it's because he is just like a big kid:)

However she is pretty fond of Nanny when it comes time to bake....what a MESS!!

We had a great weekend and there is always next year for my Sooners! Boomer Sooner!!!

Weekend Wrap Up

My folks have been trying to come for about the last three weekends and have had to cancel every time because one of them has been sick. So this past weekend my mom decided at the spur of the moment to sneak down by herself. Reese got some good one-on-one time with her Nanny and they were both thrilled!!
Nanny brought Reese this super cute painted pumpkin and Reese was in L-O-V-E!

On Saturday Bob and I did some shopping and then went to dinner and a movie and Reese never even missed us. She and Nanny played and played and played some more! I heard something about them making cookies and Reese eating cookie dough and emptying all the money from Nanny's purse into her piggy bank...real nice Mom..because she's not spoiled enough!:))

Mom went home Sunday morning and then Bob, Reese and I spent the day together. Since Reese doesn't get to spend much time with Bob during the week, on the weekends she is ALL ABOUT DADDY! Seriously she cant get enough of him:) It's a nice break for me and I absolutely love that they are getting so close!

They cooked us some yummy steaks for dinner.

Good thing Reese is learning to grill because I don't even know how to turn the thing on:)

After dinner we went for a little walk to check out some of the neighbors Halloween decorations!

Boooooooooooo!

Meeooowwww!

Bob and I love fall and Haloween! How fun it is to see it through the eyes of a child!:)

Happy Fall Everyone!
